The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for technology sales, with the ability to adapt to various market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to introduce and promote our products and services.
- Build rapport with potential customers through warm calling techniques and effective communication.
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to explain product features and benefits clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Follow up with leads generated from outbound calling and telemarketing efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets in your designated market.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in door-to-door or technology sales, is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with outbound calling and telemarketing practices is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about new products and market trends will be essential for success in this role.
