Hardscape Installer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardscape construction-related tasks and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to safety and efficiency on the job site.

Duties

• Install various materials and components, including concrete pavers, wall systems, and other hardscape elements.
• Conduct construction management activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Carry out construction inspections to maintain quality standards throughout the installation process.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Read plans and execute based on details laid out.

Experience

• Proven experience in installation roles within the construction industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with concrete pavers, natural stone, hardscape projects, grading and remodeling is highly desirable.
• Experience in construction management or inspection will be considered an asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
