Call Only Nocturnist needed : 7 : 00pm - 7 : 00am 2 weeks per month with 1st call Willing to stay and do duration of week of call - Preferred Clinical Details
Practice setting : inpatient Patients per shift : 4 Beds in department : 9 Number of Operation Rooms : 9 Trauma level 2 Surgeries expected to be performed at this facility : Complete Ortho, Head Spine, Neuro, Regional Requirements
Board Certified in Anesthesiology Active IN License or IMLC ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS Required Skills : General Anesthesia (adult, trauma), Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery, Neurosurgical cases (head, spine), Complex orthopedic cases, Post-op epidural, Post-op extremity blocks, Epidural steroid for Lumbar, Epidural steroid for Cervical, Transforaminal (lumbar, cervical), Ventilation management, Evaluation and management of acute volume / BP issues, Central Line placement, Arterial Line placement, PA Catheter placement Preferred Skills : Obstetrical Cases, Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks Call
For assigned patients Beeper Call response time required : 15 minutes Primary response time is 15-20 minutes to be in-house Not required to stay in house but can Call Ratio : 1 : 3 Call Back% : 35% Phone Consults : 3 Patients Seen : 4 Admissions : 2 Support Staff
