Coverage Needed : As soon as credentialed - ongoing 24hr Call shifts : 7a-7a Specific Dates : April : 00 am - April : 00 am May : 00 am - May : 00 am June : 00 am - June : 00 am June : 00 am - July : 00 am Clinical Information : Practice EMR : Meditech Support Staff : Surgical team to include - first-assistant (NP / PA), two surgical techs, one RN circulator, anesthesiologist; ICU nursing staff; step-down nursing staff (4th floor) Required to be available for rounding on all in-patients daily and 24 / 7 CVT call coverage each day Required : DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Current Flu Vaccine Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility. Active ID License, DEA & CSR Board Certified (American Board of Thoracic Surgery Certification) Must be competent to cover any adult cardiac and thoracic and vascular surgical case
