  • Scheduled Clinic Hours Call
  • Call coverage required at 3 locations

    • Clinical Details

  • Practice setting : inpatient
  • Patients per shifts : 5
  • 4 ORs
  • The following types of surgery will be expected to be performed at this facility : Complete Ortho, Head Spine, Complex Vascular, Regional

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified
  • Active AZ License
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS ( must be AHA or American Red Cross)
  • Required Skills : General Anesthesia (adult), Neurosurgical cases (spine), Complex vascular cases (except open heart), Complex orthopedic cases, Ventilation management, Evaluation and management of acute volume / BP issues
  • Preferred Skills : Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery, Pain management techniques, Post-op epidural, Post-op extremity blocks, Central Line placement, Arterial Line placement, PA Catheter placement
  • Provider cannot be within 60 miles of the facility
  • Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call
  • Must be certified by the NBCRNA with at least one year of experience
  • Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks
  • Training for blocks will not be provided, and must provide case logs of blocks performed

  • 20 RNs
  • 5 NP / PAs
