Scheduling Information
- 40 hours per week, with four 10-hour shifts
- Shift Hours: 9am - 7:30pm
Clinical Responsibilities
- 100% Adult Medical Coverage
- 8-10 Patients per Shift
- Evaluate patients independently, document care plans, and perform new patient evaluations for benign and malignant hematology cases. Manage chemotherapy toxicities.
Requirements
- Active CT License
- Board Certification
- ONS Chemotherapy Certification
- Chemotherapy Prescribing Experience (Certified)
- DEA Registration
- BLS and ACLS Certifications
- PREFERRED: Outpatient Hematology Experience
- PREFERRED: Experience with Bone Marrow Biopsy
- Epic System Proficiency
