Job Summary
A Physician is needed to provide primary care at assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. This is a 3-month assignment with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Details:
- See 15-20 patients per day at one facility per day
- Provide medication management and care for adult and geriatric patients
- Oversee App's onsite
- Work at multiple sites within the catchment area
- Ensure reliable transportation to each site
- Supporting Team Members:
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners as needed
- Requirements:
- Active Indiana medical license
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Active IN DEA and CSR registration
- Board certification
- AMDA certification preferred but not required
- EMR System:
- Proficient in Chart Path including A.I. Ambience Auto Scribe and point click care
