  • March 1st Start - Ongoing Need
  • Monday - Thursday : 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Friday : 8 AM - 12 PM
  • Lunch Break : 12 PM - 1 PM (catered)

Patient Volume & Population :

  • 25 patients per day
  • All Ages

    • Procedures :

  • Trigger Point Injections

    • Support Staff :

  • 2 Medical Assistants (MAs) and 1 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) available if needed

    • Facility Details :

  • 9,000 active patients
  • 6,000 sq. ft. facility
  • On-site digital X-ray and lab
  • Bone density and chronic care services
  • 28 total employees (excluding physicians)
  • EMR System : Athena EMR

    • Requirements :

  • Board Certification : Family Medicine (FM)
  • Licensure : Active Arkansas medical license
  • DEA License : Required in Arkansas
  • Certifications : No additional certifications required
