Clinical Details
- Average of 16 patients per day, treated at a rate of 2 patients per hour.
- No major surgical procedures are involved in this role.
- Key responsibilities include pain management, infection treatment, patient education, and prevention strategies.
- Acute emergency dental services, root canals, tooth extractions, temporary restorations, fillings, and periodontal therapy are all part of the job scope.
Requirements
- Board certification is mandatory for this position.
- An active license to practice dentistry in California (LA License) is also required.
Support Staff
- Dental hygienists and dental assistants will provide support throughout the working day.
Electronic Medical Records
- Dentrix software will be used for managing electronic medical records.
