Job Summary
Our growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented candidate who is passionate about company products and the clients they serve. The Administrative Assistant | Customer Experience Coordinator will be the point of contact for existing and potential clients and will keep up to date with carrier products and procedures in order to best serve them.
The ideal candidate will possess active listening skills and be a problem solver. They will have strong communication and service skills, with a desire to help others. They will have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner. Tasks may include project management, marketing, research, data analysis, and reporting.
Primary Responsibilities:
Identify, understand and process insurance applications
Field incoming requests from clients and manage web chat
Assist with client requests
Set appointments for agents
Work with carriers to resolve issues
Prepare letters and emails
Data entry and reporting
Primary Skills & Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Resourceful, adaptable and strong problem-solving skills
