The Life Insurance Audit is an integral part of the strategic growth strategy for Ash Brokerage and is a critical tool for managing an insured’s life insurance portfolio. An Advanced Markets Analyst will be instrumental in the productivity of the Life Insurance Audit platform, as well as provide in-depth analysis and recommendations for advanced life insurance case designs.
Responsibilities:
You will provide in-depth technical and marketing support to associates and producers on advanced topics including estate planning, business succession, executive compensation and qualified plans such as insurance funding strategies, life insurance products, product features and related income tax issues. To be successful, you will:
- Discuss planning goals and objectives, technical aspects of product features, and comparative contractual provisions of life insurance products with producers and their clients.
- Provide advanced plan design strategies to optimize presented recommendations.
- Analyze life insurance ledgers and re-projections and explain/educate associates and advisors on their features and performance.
- Work independently and effectively with various teams and divisions.

- Ability to understand the life insurance underwriting process and possess intermediate level underwriting skills

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience, is required
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is required
- Life/Health license is preferred but not required
