Job Summary
The Contracts Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of Contracts initiated by agents/agencies and sales directors.
Primary Responsibilities:
Contract Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from Insurance contract request, maintaining, and up unto contract termination
Customer Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents and agencies ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs proactively.
Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to contracting regulations, procedures, source selection criteria, and procurement laws.
Financial: To ensure levels are entered and assigned correctly for payment.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Office
