Job Summary
At Oberlin Marketing, we are dedicated to empowering insurance professionals with exceptional administrative support and marketing solutions for insurance products. Our commitment to outstanding service is reflected in our close collaboration with Agents to help them grow and maintain their insurance-related businesses. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering superior service, ensuring efficient processing, and fostering relationships with Agents and carriers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound communication with Agents, addressing quotes, applications, and service-related inquiries.
Process applications accurately and efficiently.
Follow up on pending quotes and applications with carriers and Agents, utilizing status reporting and CRM systems to ensure timely placement of business.
Maintain attention to detail and adhere to deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the organization.

Confident, self-motivated individual who thrives both independently and within a team environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Intermediate typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Dependable and reliable with a professional demeanor.
Ability to exercise good judgment, maintain confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to obtain an Indiana State Life/Health Insurance License if necessary.
