Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at Community Connections. The position is based in our Manchester, KY office, located at 112 Richmond Road. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them navigate their needs and resolving their issues.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer back-to-back calls in a call center setting, providing informative and accurate information to clients.
Type at a speed of at least 30 words per minute and proficiently use computer programs.
Demonstrate a passion for helping others and willingness to assist clients with their needs.
Stay compliant with training requirements and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
Ensure punctuality and readiness to begin your shift by taking phone calls.
Provide accurate information in response to client issues or questions.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
High school diploma is required (a college degree is preferred).
Must successfully complete our training program with passing scores.
Must pass a background check and drug testing.
Must pass Medicaid certification to become a licensed and certified application counselor.
Must be active with Health Insurance Licensing or able to obtain a license within 60 days.
Proficiency in operating an email account.
Ability to perform tasks such as scanning, faxing, emailing, and making outbound calls to doctors and pharmacies to provide insurance information.
Responsible for office upkeep.
Must possess excellent customer service skills and utilize them effectively.
Must be willing to travel within a 35-mile radius if needed.
