Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and innovative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs that align with our brand and captivate our audience. From digital marketing materials to print collateral, you will bring concepts to life through stunning visuals that tell a story and drive engagement. Primary Responsibilities:
Design graphics for social media campaigns, event promotions, web assets, print ads, merchandise, and internal communications
Assist in layout and design of The Alliance magazine and other long form print materials
Develop creative assets that align with both The Alliance and Andy Albright’s brand identities
Build event brand guides and visual themes for major corporate events that set the creative direction for all supporting materials
Collaborate with our events, social media, and video production teams to bring ideas to life
Manage multiple design projects from concept through delivery, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Stay current on design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Primary Skills & Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house experience preferred) Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. Please include link to
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of work, including digital and print design
Strong eye for layout, typography, and color theory
Experience developing event themes and creating brand guides
Self-starter with the ability to take feedback and direction well
Excellent organizational and time management skills
