Job Summary
PIPAC Health and Life Brokerage, an Integrity partner, is seeking a dynamic self-starter to take a team lead role in our Group Health Insurance department. Our team provides sales and administrative support to independent insurance agents operating in the employer group health insurance market. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication and computer skills, as well as the ability to learn and teach others.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Be knowledgeable in all group health and ancillary product lines offered through PIPAC, including plan designs as well as sales, enrollment, and customer service processes.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with agents and carriers.
- Recommend and educate agents on employee group benefits for their customers.
- Understand and promote agent quoting and enrollment tools.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for department processes and utilization of resources.
- Handle inbound and outbound agent and carrier communication related to various sales and service aspects of the employer group health insurance market.
