Job Summary
The first point of contact for clients needing assistance with their insurance and services.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage client inquiries by phone, email, and fax
Researching of doctor and prescriptions through websites
Outbound calls to clients to confirm appointments and verifying information needed for the client and advisor’s meeting.
Builds a positive client relationship through collaboration and trust
Updates and maintains the client CSR database
Processing claims on the client’s behalf
Advocating for the client through escalations on service challenges
Other tasks and projects assigned by CRM
