Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers
- Run proposals for new and existing opportunities
- Update pending cases with premiums and required forms
- Stay current on product and rate changes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Previous experience in the life insurance industry or familiarity with medical terminology would be useful.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Programs is required.
- Experience with DocuSign program would be useful
