What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trainer position at Integrity Marketing Group?
We are seeking a skilled and engaging Virtual Trainer to design, develop, and conduct training programs for newly hired Licensed Healthcare Agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery:
- Conduct live, virtual training sessions for licensed Medicare agents on Medicare products, compliance, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences to ensure knowledge retention and application.
Content Development:
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, and guides in compliance with Medicare regulations.
- Customize content to meet the needs of diverse learning styles and skill levels.
Technology Utilization:
- Use virtual training platforms to deliver sessions effectively.
- Leverage tools like polls, quizzes, and breakout rooms to enhance engagement and interaction.
Compliance and Regulation Adherence:
- Ensure all training programs align with CMS guidelines and industry standards.
- Provide updates to agents regarding changes in Medicare policies, plans, or compliance requirements.
Performance Evaluation:
- Assess participants’ learning through quizzes, role-plays, and feedback.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve agent performance and readiness.
Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze training outcomes and feedback to identify areas for improvement in training programs.
- Stay current on Medicare policies, market trends, and training best practices.
Qualification:
- Proven experience as a trainer, preferably in Medicare, healthcare insurance, or a regulated industry.
- Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans.
Skills:
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with virtual training tools and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and foster a positive learning environment.
Certifications:
- Active health insurance license
- Current Year AHIP Certification
