Job Summary
Integrity is seeking a Travel and Expense Systems Analyst to join our Dallas, Texas team. In this newly created position, you will have the opportunity to shape and optimize our expense management processes by leading the oversight, and continuous improvement of the Concur platform. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in cross-functional collaboration and is eager to contribute to a dynamic and growth-focused organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Concur Systems Management:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to customize the platform to align with organizational needs.
Expense Oversight & Compliance:
- Manage the expense reporting process, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and enforce compliance.
Workflow Optimization:
- Develop, refine, and manage workflows to improve operational efficiency and user experience within the Concur system.
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Employee Support & Training:
- Serve as the primary resource for employees using Concur, providing training and ongoing support.
- Communicate updates and system enhancements to ensure effective usage across all levels of the organization.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
Experience & Expertise: Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Concur platform, or similar expense management system.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of expense management systems, workflows, and best practices.
Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
Analytical Thinking:
Ability to analyze data to inform decisions, identify areas for process improvement, and enhance compliance.
