What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager, Compensation position at Integrity Marketing Shared Services Center?

- Support development and implementation of compensation strategies and programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure salary levels and benefits offerings remain competitive.
- Collaborate with P&C Partners and business leaders to align compensation programs with business goals.
- Oversee the salary administration process, including the annual merit cycle, incentive programs, and equity grants.
- Manage job evaluations, including the development and maintenance of job descriptions, classifications, and salary structures.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job classifications.
- Oversee participation in salary surveys, analyzing and interpreting data to inform compensation decisions.
- Partner with HRIS to ensure compensation-related system updates and data integrity.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and the board of directors regarding compensation insights and strategies.
- Lead and develop a team of compensation professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Talent Management to align compensation strategies with pay-for-performance initiatives.
- Work with external vendors and consultants on critical projects related to compensation strategy and implementation.
