Customer Experience Representative
Description:
Answering incoming phone calls
Making outbound customer service follow up calls and appointment confirmation calls
Working outbound Manifest List Calls Monthly
Welcoming guests into the dealership
Cross-Trained on Cashier responsibilities
Filing
Hours Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm and every other Saturday 8am-2pm
Closed on Sundays!
Requirements:
Friendly Personality
Great Communication Skills
Great Computer Skills
Valid Driver's License
Must be 18 years or Older
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
