The new patient coordinator plays a critical role in our field operations by working with new patients and referral sources to schedule new patient appointments. The ideal candidate is responsible for accurately scheduling and verifying information for new patient referrals. This candidate will have experience handling high volume calls, managing a new patient pipeline, and scheduling new patient referrals. This candidate will also demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, time management, and organizational skills. Our new patient coordinators work with many different referral sources including law offices. Professionalism is essential.
This role is required on-site.
Experience working with e Clinical Works is a bonus!
Bi-lingual is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (salary based on experience in medical office)

- Must be a team player and able to demonstrate positive communication skills
