Your Role as a Mobile/Manufactured Home Sales Agent:
- Guide Buyers & Sellers – Help clients buy and sell mobile and manufactured homes in active communities.
- Show & Market Homes – Conduct showings, take photos, and create compelling listings.
- Negotiate & Close Sales – Work with buyers, sellers, and community managers to ensure smooth transactions.
- Build Your Network – Connect with neighbors ,homeowners, prospects, and community representatives to generate leads.
- Manage Your Business – Set your own schedule and income goals with the full support of our team.
Who We’re Looking For:
-Self-Motivated & committed – If you thrive in a people helping people role, this is the perfect opportunity.
-Excellent Communicator – Strong people skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
-Organized & Detail-Oriented – Ability to manage multiple listings and clients at once.
-Sales Experience not required, Although experience in sales, real estate, or customer service is a plus.
