What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary LVN (Long Term Care) position at Integrity Operations Consultants?
Pay Rate: $39 per hour
- Shift Differential: Additional $1.00 per hour for the following shifts:
- Friday Nights
- Saturday Days and Nights
- Sunday Days and Nights
Employment Type: Temporary 1099 Employee
Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
Location: Various long-term care facilities within a 90 to 100-mile travel radius (each way).
Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling with 12-hour shifts available:
- Day Shifts
- Night Shifts
- Weekend Shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care settings.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and document care accurately.
- Monitor residents' health, assess changes, and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal nursing regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid LVN License in the State of Texas (current and in good standing).
- Willingness to travel up to 90 miles each way to assigned facilities.
- Availability for 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to new environments quickly.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
