We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales of our comprehensive payroll, time and attendance, and human capital management sales to businesses with one to 600 employees. This role targets the 50 but works with all opportunities from their referral network.


This position is required to be located in Central Ohio and will have office space at our physical location but can work remote and is expected to be actively visiting prospects, clients and referral sources.


Position Overview and Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategy to maximize sales by delighting referral sources and delivering exceptional solutions to clients. Build strong partnerships with accounting firms, bankers, insurance brokers, etc. to drive referral-based sales. Develop direct client relationships through field activities and a strong consultative approach.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline including prospecting, lead qualification and closing deals.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our solutions, value proposition and be able to demonstrate our solutions to large prospects.
  • Consultative Selling: Identify prospect challenges and communicate how our solutions address the prospects’ needs to save time, reduce errors, create consistency in process, save money and create a better experience for their employees and managers.


Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Experience: Payroll, human capital management, ASO, PEO or HR outsourcing experience is preferred.
  • Honed Sales Process: Self starter with discipline to balance the various selling techniques to maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
  • Client Focused: A server mentality with a focus on both cultivating our referral sources and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to read the room to sense questions, anticipate concerns and know when the sale has been made.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to develop an understanding of our technology and how to incorporate effectively into the consultative part of the sales process.
  • Results Driven: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
