Behavior Analyst – Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA
The Company : Our Client is a full-service provider that specializes in the treatment of autism and other developmental disabilities. Their broad thinking approach addresses the whole individual by collaborating with doctors, therapists, schools and specialists.
The Position : Our Client is looking for a qualified behavior analyst to join their team in Newark, NJ. The Behavior Analyst designs and oversees ABA treatment programs. This includes continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education and consultation, and problem solving to help each client reach his or her potential. They are offering the following compensation and benefits :
- 1 Year or Less of Experience - $78,000 to $85,000
- 1 or More Years of Experience - $84,000 to $90,000
- Overtime With Hourly Differential Offered
- W2 Position Only, No 1099 Contractor Positions
- Health, Vision, Dental
- 15 Days PTO
- Pet Insurance
