The Company : Our Client is a fast-growing private practice with multiple locations. They are a therapist and client focused organization based on transparency, quality of care and compassion who takes a naturalistic and fun approach to pediatric therapy.
The Position : Our Client is looking for a qualified BCBA in the Atlanta, GA area to join their team. They are offering the following compensation and benefits :
90 to $105 Per Hour Based on Experience

Requirements :
Master’s Degree in Behavioral Analysis
Georgia BCBA License in Good Standing
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (Current and in Good Standing with the BACB)
Experience With Children
Experience With the Treatment of Autism
Experience With Administering verbal behavior assessments and other ABLLS
Experience With Supervision of RBT’s and Trainees
Ability to Work Independently as the Clinical Supervisor for the ABA Department
Responsibilities :
Flexible Schedule (Full or Part Time)
Supervision of RBT’s and Trainees
Conduct Assessments to Determine the Needs of Individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities
Develop and Implement Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans Based on Applied Behavior Analysis Principles.
Assessment and Development of Individual Behavior Treatment Plans (IBT’s)
Administering Skill-Based Assessment and Treatment Planning Using Individualized Language, Play and Skill-Based Curricula
Provide Assistance to Children With Special Needs
Maintain a Holistic Approach to Care That Involves Family, School and Community
