We are seeking a Chief of Dentistry. The Chief of Dentistry improves the health status of our market’s medically underserved population by providing superior quality, competitive value and outstanding service and care in dentistry for our client. It is the Chief of Dentistry’s responsibility to expand our currently robust dental program offerings in conjunction with our integrated Primary Care Medical Home Model.
The Company : Since 2005 our client’s focus has been on putting the “community” in Community Health. As a Chief of Dentistry, you will be joining an organization that currently operates 10 clinics, a mobile unit, and multiple 340B Pharmacy Operations stretching along a 72-mile sun-drenched coast that calls the Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral, Melbourne, Palm Bay, Titusville, and other community’s home.
The Position : We are looking for a pediatrician. Your package would include an extremely competitive salary of $180,000k - $240,000k depending on experience.

Requirements :
Graduate of an accredited Dental School.Successful completion of an accredited Residency.Current Florida Dentist license in good standing.Five to seven years of clinical dental experience.Experience in an FQHC setting preferred.Minimum of 5 years in providing direct evaluation, treatment, and consultation services.3 plus years of working experience in a director or management role in Dentistry.Responsibilities :
Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for the management and projected growth of Dentistry Services for client in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Medical Officer and Chief Operating Officer.Plan, organize, direct, and review Dentistry programs and services in compliance with the Standards for AAAHC, NCQA, HRSA and other regulatory bodies as appropriate.Provides professional oversight for all Dental practitioners assigned at clinical location of practice.Serves in rotation for after-hours on-call system.Develop new strategies, services, and programs based on community needs.Collaborate with the Executive Team, providers, and staff on difficult cases to plan and coordinate treatment.Collaborate with CMO (Chief Medical Officer) for the development of clinical protocols, policies, and procedures for delivery of dentistry services in accordance with the most up to date accreditation or nationally recognized standards.Participate in departmental Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) efforts and responsibilities for executing improvement strategies toward identified issues.Serve on other leadership committees as directed by CEO and CMOPerform other related duties as assigned.Takes ownership and represents client’s mission and organizational goals established by the executive committee. These include, but are not limited to : Productivity, Quality, Patient Satisfaction, and Employee Retention. It is the duty of each of the clients employees to incorporate these goals into all daily work routines and strive to achieve and surpass all goals by working as a team.
