Compensation Package

Job Responsibilities
We offer a flexible schedule with varying shifts to accommodate your needs:
- Monday to Friday: Monday and Tuesday (7:30a-6p), Wednesday and Thursday (7:30a-7p), Friday (7:45a-5p)
- 4 or 5 days a week, minimum 36 hours
- 20 patients per day, 2 patients per hour
- Providing care to patients of all ages
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- An active license in the state of Indiana
- At least 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- A willingness to participate in call rotation by phone only
