Our client is a rapidly growing architectural and engineering firm. We are currently currently seeking to hire an experienced AutoCAD 3D Designer to join their team. If you’re a motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed, our expert team can help you take the next step in your career. This is a chance for you to touch all aspects of real estate development, from land acquisition and feasibility studies to civil engineering design, all the way through site and building construction. We are a small firm, so all our staff are heavily involved in all stages of design and development. If hired, this will give you a unique opportunity to see the real estate development process from both sides. We're looking for a strong work ethic, clear ambition, and a desire to learn. We can teach you what you need to know!
Opportunities :
- Gain experience in a wide variety of project types (residential subdivision layout, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use site design, infill redevelopment, etc.)
- Guide and follow projects through land planning, zoning, site design, permitting and construction.
- Work closely with and learn from licensed Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, Architects and General Contractors…all in-house and at your fingertips!
