What are the responsibilities and job description for the Showings and Inspections Agent position at Integrity Property Management?
A leading property management company is seeking a reliable individual to work as an independent contractor as a showings and inspections agent for properties across the Rogue Valley.
Showings agents are responsible for driving to vacant rental property and giving property tours to potential tenants. Inspections agents conduct walk-throughs of tenant-occupied rental units to inspect for property damage, maintenance issues and lease violations. Inspections agents also take highly detailed condition reports of rental properties before and after tenant occupancy.
This work requires excellent communication and people skills. Must have reliable transportation, be comfortable using technology and have a high attention to detail. A masterful understanding and ability to comply with state and federal fair housing laws is a must. Work is very flexible as appointments are only scheduled within the availability you set. Compensation is based upon the number of appointments you take, varying widely based upon amount of availability and volume of appointments, with average revenue ranging from $200-$400.
This work is as a 1099 independent contractor, not W-2 employment.
