You'll be supported to focus on your preferred client groups, ensuring career satisfaction and excellence in your work. **Requirements:** * Must hold an active license to practice in Pennsylvania (or be a PSYPACT psychologist). * Enjoy collaborative consultation and ongoing professional development. * Define your clinical style and preferred client population. * Maintain prompt communication with clients and engage in Telehealth sessions. * Have a designated confidential workspace for sessions and be available for in-person sessions in Monroeville. * Comfortable with technology for web-based practice systems and administrative tasks. * Recognize the significance of the initial client session and excel in client retention. * Ideally credentialed with major insurance providers (not a Medicaid practice). * Share our values of transparency, honesty, integrity, collegiality, and fun! **Compensation:** $100,000 gross income based on caseload size.
