Are you someone who takes pride in creating clean and welcoming spaces? Do you enjoy making a difference in people’s daily lives by ensuring their surroundings are spotless and inviting? If so, we want you to join our team!
As a Cleaner, you’ll play a key role in keeping our properties looking their best—inside and out. You’ll be responsible for maintaining common areas, offices, and vacant apartments to create a fresh and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and employees.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping interior and exterior spaces in top condition through dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Cleaning and maintaining common areas like hallways, lounges, restrooms, stairwells, and parking lots.
- Assisting in preparing vacant apartments for new residents with deep cleaning.
- Helping maintain the curb appeal of the property by picking up trash, sweeping, and light landscaping.
- Creating a positive, comfortable, and clean atmosphere for everyone in the community.
- Be a valued part of a team that takes pride in maintaining beautiful living spaces.
What We’re Looking For:
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to excellent service.
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and a reliable vehicle to use during the workday.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test including marijuana.
