We're seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician/Supervisor to keep our property in top-notch shape. Your role involves repairs, upgrades, and maintaining a welcoming environment inside and outside our properties. There are three buildings and one maintenance tech in addition to this position so you will also order supplies and help coordinate vendors. The on-call rotation will be with the Cleveland Heights properties.

Essential Job Functions:
- Complete repairs and maintenance tasks on time and as required.
- Help maintain the property's appearance and amenities.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents.
- Perform various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
- Order supplies and coordinate with vendors.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2-3 years of maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required during workdays.
- Must have own hand tools.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. We test for marijuana.
