WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR HVAC DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
This is a full-time position based in our Winter Haven, FL office. Our team works standard business hours , but as an essential part of our operation, you'll need to be flexible when service calls require urgent attention.
Each day, you will start by reviewing scheduled appointments and assigning jobs to technicians based on skill level and location. You will answer customer calls, schedule service appointments, and provide updates on technician arrival times. As service requests come in, you will juggle scheduling changes, troubleshoot customer concerns, and relay important information between customers and technicians. While our technicians are in the field, you will track job progress, ensure efficiency in routing, and provide logistical support when needed. No two days will be the same, but every day will be fast-paced and rewarding as you help keep homes and businesses comfortable while delivering the top-tier customer service we are known for.
