WHAT THIS HEATING AND COOLING ROLE ENTAILS
As a Residential HVAC Technician, your day starts with getting into your company vehicle, equipped with everything you need to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance. As you head to your first job, you get ready to install HVAC systems, perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems are running efficiently. Throughout the day, you meet with clients to explain technical issues in clear terms, provide estimates, and suggest system upgrades. SCHEDULE
This heating and cooling position is full-time, working Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work as needed. You will enjoy flexible hours with occasional on-call shifts.
