With over 50 years of combined experience working on all types of air conditioners, we can fix any make or model, as well as work on both single-unit and split heating and cooling systems. Our customers can rest assured that we'll find the problem with their unit and provide a solution. Each service technician has a minimum of 4 years of experience, with most technicians having an average of 8 years or more. We only use the best products and tools to work on equipment, which means we find the issue faster and more accurately, saving our customers money. By taking pictures and going into detail on all invoices, our customers know what they are being charged and why. We pride ourselves on having complete transparency on billing and prices.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE AS A RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECH
Key Responsibilities :
- Preventative Maintenance : Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, cleaning condenser coils, evaporator coils, air filters, and more.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs : Diagnose and fix common issues like poor airflow, malfunctioning thermostats, and other minor repairs.
- Customer Interaction : Explain maintenance findings and recommendations to homeowners and answer questions about system operation and energy efficiency.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain detailed reports on system conditions and repairs and keep accurate records of service history.
