Your Role:

As a Restoration Sales Estimator, you’ll play a crucial role in helping clients recover from property damage and rebuild their lives. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Assess Property Damage: Perform detailed property inspections to assess the extent of damage from water, fire, smoke, or storms.
• Tailored Solutions: Create customized restoration plans based on your assessments and present these solutions to clients.
• Client Guidance: Walk clients through the restoration process, offering expert advice and providing exceptional customer service every step of the way.
• Build Relationships: Use your sales expertise to establish trust and build lasting relationships with clients, ultimately closing deals.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our office and field teams to ensure swift action and successful project completion.
• Set Expectations: Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the entire restoration process to ensure transparency and manage expectations.

• Start with a 3% commission on sales.
• Up to $1 million in sales: 3% commission.
• After $1 million in sales: Become a W2 employee with:
• $1,000 weekly draw
• $500 monthly car allowance

• After $3 million in sales: Your compensation increases to:
• 4% commission
• $1,500 weekly draw
• $600 monthly car allowance
• All fuel and tolls paid.
• After $5 million in sales: Unlock even more earning potential:
• 5% commission

• $800 monthly car allowance
• All fuel and tolls paid.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Sales experience is a plus, but we prioritize candidates eager to consult, solve problems, and close deals.
• Ability to work flexible hours as part of our emergency response team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable working in diverse environments and weather conditions.
• Some crawling, bending, stooping, and ladder use may be required during property inspections.
