Your Role:
As a Restoration Sales Estimator, you’ll play a crucial role in helping clients recover from property damage and rebuild their lives. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Assess Property Damage: Perform detailed property inspections to assess the extent of damage from water, fire, smoke, or storms.
- Tailored Solutions: Create customized restoration plans based on your assessments and present these solutions to clients.
- Client Guidance: Walk clients through the restoration process, offering expert advice and providing exceptional customer service every step of the way.
- Build Relationships: Use your sales expertise to establish trust and build lasting relationships with clients, ultimately closing deals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our office and field teams to ensure swift action and successful project completion.
- Set Expectations: Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the entire restoration process to ensure transparency and manage expectations.

- $1,000 weekly draw
- $500 monthly car allowance

- 4% commission
- $1,500 weekly draw
- $600 monthly car allowance

Key Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
- Comfortable working in diverse environments and weather conditions.
- Some crawling, bending, stooping, and ladder use may be required during property inspections.
