Individuals we select receive training on basic roof systems, customer service, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need to assist homeowners through their insurance claims, as well as retail bid so prior experience is not necessary.

Essential Job Duties:
· Our sales staff are also known as project consultants. You are responsible for working directly with homeowners and insurance companies to determine damage to the property, scope of repairs, bid and estimate jobs.
- Maximize every sale and relationship-building opportunity.
- Exceed personal sales kpi”s while providing amazing customer experiences
- Initiate and maximize each sales opportunity with existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining key client relationships.
- Develop strong product and customer knowledge.
- Participate in company events, industry events, and conferences.
- Communicate with customers throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Provide weekly reports to Regional Coach and participate in weekly meetings.
- Provide and receive input from team members in routine communications and meetings.
- Acquire knowledge of the roofing industry, complete training, & achieve certifications.
Qualities of Ideal Candidates
· Ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, comfortable with heights.
· Organized, problem solver.
- Valid driver’s license
- Team oriented and adapted to change
- Strong work ethic and impeccable integrity
- Friendly personality and effective communication is a must
- Basic computer & iPad skills
- 2-4 years proven sales experience (Highly Preferred)
- Associate degree (Preferred)
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to interface with all levels within the organization and outside parties.
- Results-driven mindset
· Self-starter, can work independently and driven towards success

After training, you will receive a competitive base pay plus bonuses and will have the opportunity to be promoted. Based upon experience, pay for your first year will be in the $60,000-120,000 range.
