Location: In-Office (ISA Office in Merrill, WI)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | No nights or weekends

We’re expanding our Inside Sales & Support Department, a vital team dedicated to helping grow our reach and maintaining our reputation as a trusted industry leader.
Position Summary
As an Inside Sales & Support Representative, you’ll be a key player in generating and qualifying leads, supporting our outside sales team, and engaging with new and existing customers via phone. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on proactive outreach and accurate data entry. Your work will directly support sales pipeline development and customer success.
What You’ll Do
· Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using cold and warm leads.
· Generate and qualify leads for our Outside Sales Team.
· Maintain and update customer records and sales activity in CRM systems.
· Follow structured call guides and develop discovery-based conversations.
· Build lasting customer relationships by understanding their equipment and auction needs.
· Participate in sales planning, tracking, and reporting processes.

· Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong follow-through and data accuracy.
· Sales Experience: 1 year of phone-based or B2B sales experience preferred.
· Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and eager to learn new tools and systems.
· Interest in the Industry: Passion or curiosity for heavy equipment, trucks, and online auctions is a plus!
Qualifications
· High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
