We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our sealcoating team. As a Crew Member, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional services to our clients, ensuring their driveways are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Driveway Maintenance: String trimming, Driveway cleanup, Pothole repair, Crack fill, Sealcoating.
- Lawn Maintenance: Spring and Fall Clean Up, Lawn Rolling, Aeration and Over seeding.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain equipment such as, string trimmer, leaf blower (zero turn, backpack, walk behind), and other tools.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally and courteously with clients when on-site.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sealcoating is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to operate equipment or willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and reliability with the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
Work Environment:
- Outdoor work environment exposed to varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
- Physical demands include bending, lifting, pushing, and operating machinery.
