Normal Duties:
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of oilfield production equipment.
- Maintain and perform minor repairs on equipment like pumps, engines, and compressors.
- Handle manual labor tasks such as moving pipes, tools, and other heavy equipment around the work site.
- Clean and prepare sites, including digging trenches, cleaning tanks, and maintaining site cleanliness.
- Assist with the installation of well casings, tubing, and other necessary infrastructure.
- Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Participate in routine safety meetings and inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards.
- Perform general maintenance work, including painting, sandblasting, and minor welding tasks as required.
- Right of way maintenance, vegetation control, pipeline marking, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent; preference given to those with related vocational training.
- Physical fitness capable of performing labor-intensive tasks in harsh weather conditions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn more complex tasks.
- Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must have a valid driver's license; experience with heavy equipment is a plus.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Commitment to workplace safety, including adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Must be able to travel to various job sites as needed.

Physical Demands:
- This position involves frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of heavy materials (up to 50 lbs or more).
- Work involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing on uneven surfaces.
- Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions, which can include extreme heat or cold.
- Exposure to noise, dust, and other elements common in oilfield operations.
