Integrity Services is a leading company in East Texas servicing the oil and gas industry. We are growing exponentially and want to add the qualified individuals who want to grow with us. We are committed to safety, innovation, and environmental stewardship. We are currently expanding our team and looking for hardworking individuals to join us as Roustabouts on our oilfield construction projects.

Normal Duties:

• Assist in the setup and dismantling of oilfield production equipment.
• Maintain and perform minor repairs on equipment like pumps, engines, and compressors.
• Handle manual labor tasks such as moving pipes, tools, and other heavy equipment around the work site.
• Clean and prepare sites, including digging trenches, cleaning tanks, and maintaining site cleanliness.
• Assist with the installation of well casings, tubing, and other necessary infrastructure.
• Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Participate in routine safety meetings and inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards.
• Perform general maintenance work, including painting, sandblasting, and minor welding tasks as required.
• Right of way maintenance, vegetation control, pipeline marking, etc.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; preference given to those with related vocational training.
• Physical fitness capable of performing labor-intensive tasks in harsh weather conditions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn more complex tasks.
• Ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license; experience with heavy equipment is a plus.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

• Commitment to workplace safety, including adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
• Must be able to travel to various job sites as needed.

Physical Demands:

• This position involves frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of heavy materials (up to 50 lbs or more).
• Work involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing on uneven surfaces.

Work Environment:

• Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions, which can include extreme heat or cold.
• Exposure to noise, dust, and other elements common in oilfield operations.
