What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Integrity Services?
We are a growing family owned HVAC business located in Madison city. We are looking for high-energy positive individuals who are attentive, inspire customer loyalty, articulate and engage well with our customers and staff. Our CSR’s assists in responding effectively to customers in a fast paced environment. They identify and assess customer needs to help achieve excellent service and satisfaction through open and interactive communication.
A successful candidate will be:
-Excellent in communication skills (phone, email and reporting)
-Takes the extra mile with customers (ability to empathize)
-Detailed oriented and able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
-Be a dog lover. This is a dog friendly environment with an office dog here daily.
Speaking Spanish is a plus. Our team works in a positive and friendly office setting Monday through Friday. Work phones from home rotating weekends. Benefits are offered.
