Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through business development, account management, and outside sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Manage and grow existing accounts through regular communication and relationship-building
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with Fire Alarm, Fire Protection, and other Life Safety Systems
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical Certifications are a plus
