Qualified candidates will have most (if not all) of the following skills and experience:
- 5 years of President or Plant management experience at a Manufacturing location. Budgeting experience on multiple simultaneous projects, monitoring and controlling costs. Must have experience in Operations of Manufacturing locations.
- Experience with Guidance, Directing and Evaluating the work of Management and Executive Level team members.
- Must have Background in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- Must have experience Quoting and Bidding Military Contracts. Must have experience at a Military Supplier.
- Electrical Engineering Degree is required
- Monitor expenditures in accordance with company fiscal policy, monitor and project cash flow.
- Must be able to work in the United States (No H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered)
- Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
