Conveyor Controls Engineer Opportunities near Auburn Hills, MI!
A national company with a facility near Auburn Hills, Michigan is currently seeking a Conveyor Controls Engineer for Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Controls Engineers looking for a position that offers excellent management, development, and competitive rates.
Conveyor Controls Engineers will be working full-time day shift, and rates are anticipated to be between $40 and $50 per hour with overtime pay available after 40 hours, based on each candidate's experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits - including great medical, dental, vision, vacation, bonuses, and more.
Qualified Controls Engineers will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience :
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or closely related degree.
- 5 years of recent / relevant controls engineering and design experience with conveyance or material handling systems.
- Proficiency with PLC programming with Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.
- Proficiency with electrical hardware design using Eplan is preferred, but AutoCAD Electrical is also acceptable.
- Travel is anticipated to be about 25% overnight for customer meetings, site visits, and installations.
- Must be able to work in the United Stated (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
- Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
