A global leader in building special and custom machinery with a facility in Auburn Hills, Michigan, is currently seeking several Electrical Machine Tool Builders for long-term opportunities with their growing company. Electrical Machine Tool Builders hourly rates are anticipated to start between $32 to $36 per hour based on each candidates experience and education. We will pay more for the right skills and experience. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours. Qualified Electrical Builders will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
- Electrical Builder experience with machine tools, robotics, conveyors – BIW experience is a plus.
- Must have good electrical skills for problem solving / troubleshooting, work in a team environment with engineering support.
- Must read electrical blueprints / schematics, work from BOM to fit and assemble electrical components to tolerance.
- Good with wiring techniques required for industrial applications or precision machinery.
- Determining proper sized wires based, run conduit, terminate, meter test.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and small power tools.
- Able to pass standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
Salary : $32 - $36
