W e have an exciting opportunity for a Tool Room Clerk position in Chesapeake Virginia in a CLIMATE CONTROLLED SHOP!
Job Duties entail but are not limited to :
- Responsible for receiving, inspection, marking / labeling, and placement of incoming material.
- Perform proper warehousing, including but not limited to marking / labeling, strapping material / parts to pallets, storage, and shelf-life management of inventory items.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Issue materials to staff and restock unused materials.
- Perform physical inventory randomly, monthly, and semi-annually. Assist in research of discrepancies.
- Perform shipping duties.
- Assist with managing company tool control.
- Assist Lead Storeroom Clerk in other duties as assigned.
