Our client is an outpatient clinic seeking a dedicated PT or PTA to join their team. This role is Mon-Friday 830am-5pm, no weekends no nights!

Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients’ conditions to determine appropriate physical therapy treatment plans
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to individual needs
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
- Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice
- Knowledge of orthopedic, pulmonary, and vestibular conditions and treatments
- Strong physiology knowledge
- Compassionate patient care skills
- Expertise in geriatric physical therapy
- Experience in use of manual therapy techniques
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and kindness
